June, 2002: Dr. Alter opens the Pt. Richmond office in order to provide therapeutic services specializing in Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, Cognitive Training, and Behavioral Therapy for ADD, ADHD and other behavioral disorders.

November, 2002: Dr. Alter joins Dr. Ali Hashemian in Walnut Creek at Attention and Achievement Center, specialing in the treatment of Attention Deficit and associated discorders.

January, 2003: Dr. Alter expands Walnut Creek practice with Dr. Hashemian to include diagnostic testing and treatment planning for children and adolescents.

January, 2005: Dr. Alter begins developing "NeuroAdvantage" neuroentrainment products for office and home brain training.

January, 2007: NeuroAdvantage offers audio recordings to complement its unique and wide-ranging neuroentrainment sessions.

July, 2007: NeuroAdvantage offers its products online at http://www.neuro-advantage.com and also through http://www.neuroadvanta.com, part of the AlterMedX.com website.

May, 2009: Dr. Alter opens his new, more centrally located office space at 1061 Eastshore Highway, Albany, CA 94710 on the frontage road across from Golden Gate Fields and begins alternate Sunday afternoon consulting hours.

January, 2010: Dr. Alter receives Biofeedback Certification Institute of America approvals for General and EEG (Brain) Biofeedback which, will also facilitate mentoring of other professionals interested in becoming certified to provide biofeedback services.
